No one could possibly feel deprived eating the food created by the recipes I this book! These treats and comfort foods redefine a healthy and "restricted" diet. I came away with a new understanding of how foods can both heal and effect IBS.

Firstly I must state I received a review copy of the above Low FODMAP Cookbook in return for my honest opinion. As someone who has multiple health problems, I welcomed reading this and know that many of my problems can stem from gut health. Heather clearly explains the connection of ill health and FODMAPS well and how you can overcome IBS symptoms by using her recipes. I was surprised you can even add dry red and white wine! In moderation...! These recipes are certainly not boring and the reader will find them very helpful.
