For those who wants to know how to prevent diabetes, this is the book!

I heard about diabetes but have no idea about how to deal with it. I do not suffer from diabetes, but I am glad I have bought this book. It's not help me to understanding different type of diabetes, but also how to prevent it. That's the purpose for me to read this book; prevention rather than finding ways to cure it. It's help me and people around me including my mother who suffer from diabetes. Everyone should try to read this book!

This book is simple to understand. When I read that type 2 diabetic is not reversible, I could appreciate the importance of exercise and diet are suggested that will improve eating habits. This is a good book to supplement with your other diabetic books if you want to live a healthy lifestyle and prevent worsening of diabetic. Of course, most important YOU must want to get well and be well. Good Book.
