Simple, short, easy to use and digest

Book is simple to digest and properly organized for each ingredient. Couldn't really ask for much more from a book on skin care. It was perfect for me. I needed to see what were some good ingredients, how and why do they help with skin care. The author does a good job of mixing every day language with scientific terms to keep the chapters useful for non-scientist.
