Fantastic read!

Fantastic read! The stories are short, about 2-3 pages in length, and offer a new take on the stories of the Iliad. The author's strong point are her illustrations, which decorate the pages of the start of a new story. I recommend this novel if you're a fan of the original content : )

Enjoyable read for fans of The Iliad. Each brief poem relates to a book of the Iliad, with some poems more content-specific than others. I especially enjoyed the striking black and white illustrations, which do a great job of setting the atmosphere for the poetry.
